Not sure if it's a specific existing one or if it's something recorded for the series, but that's a numbers station playing in the background of video 5.

Edit: Yep numbers stations seem to be a thing in this one. I wonder if someone were to write down the numbers if there's some sort of code or if they're playing snips of existing numbers stations. Also, any significance to that "For all those sleeping" shirt? 3rd edit (yes it's going before the second edit. What can I say, Slendy broke time again): Looks like it's just a band T-shirt.

Edit the second: Two more videos.

This is interesting so far, short punchy videos and so far the camera work hasn't made me motion sick, which isn't something I can say even for my favorite series.

Regarding the 8th vid:

A: What the hell? Is the guy who helped him up the same one who's been taping?

B: Sounds like some Morse code. Anyone able to translate?

Hmm. So I suppose the question now is are we going to eventually get a second channel where a protagonist (or a group) are stalked by this guy, or are all of them going to be the killer filming victims/potential victims. Or could this be the visual equivalent of a short story and it's now finished?

I thought it sounded a little like Patrick for like 2 seconds but the laugh is what got me. It sounds really familiar. And I don't think Michael/Patrick has tattoos...
