Something I just realized, regarding the relationship between AU Stephen and his Father. From C. Stephen's blog:

That I do, anonymous interrogator! I am a huge fan of kittens (as has been previously stated in my blog) as well as rabbits (I tend to call them "bunnies", actually) and pretty much any other small mammal you can think of. My father never let me have pets of my own growing up. He didn't trust me with anything, hated me really. Blamed me for mother's death. Pity. I would go out often to the homes of my friends, as they all had cats.

In this Universe, he has a dog. I suppose from that we can assume they're probably on a more healthy relationship than C.Stephen and his were.

Good call.

Well, they finally replied to my youtube comments.

Quote:
@martinkhall Sir, if you don't calm down I'll probably block you. Nobody is out to get anybody, Stephen just played a prank on us.

It is officially not my fault when Mr. Collector kills them all.

Edit: Just checked my twitter feed. This may be the most disturbing thing Mr. Collector has tweeted yet.

I love that they began with a peevish "Sir, if you don't calm down..." You poor guy.

I can't begin to process all of the blog yet, but as for the vlog it's a very neat way to reinvent an existing series that had issues. It's already more interesting to me and more sleek than Angel's Game and I am very intrigued by what I've seen and read.

Bulletin from Josh on youtube.

If any of you are interested in seeing that picture of Stephen snuggling with his rifle, send us a message and we'll set up a Twitter account for sharing pictures. I saved it to my flashdrive before I left his place. -Josh

Not planning to message them personally as I seem to have peeved them off in game.

A youtube bulletin led to their twitter account @APcollection. No posts yet but they're going to try to get a picture up of Stephan snuggling his sniper rifle soon.

Quick question, do we know if this is it's own thing that crossed over with hiscollector or if it's part of the series? Either way has anyone cracked her codes yet? I know at least one them seemed to be a base64 code that made a file but I wasn't able to open the damn thing.

New post from Mr. Collector.

Mr. Collector wrote:
Business as Usual

I took a stroll last night down Line Avenue, found myself mulling over the monotony of stalking people my own age. They don't do too much that doesn't involve having their faces more than four inches from a LCD monitor. I've got their routines memorized, the dates in their planners copied down. I know that once the pace of our Game starts to pick up, I will find it much easier to maintain a steady interest in it, but I wish it would happen sooner. I've got a lot more planned out now than I did a few days ago now that I've finally reached the stage of boredom in which one becomes productive once more.

The Game will be nothing too extravagant, but I'd rather not spoil the ending too early on if that's all right. Before there can really be much room to play, however, I have to even out the playing field. So, the sooner I go and balance things out, the sooner the Game can pick up speed, and the sooner I can start doing something really fun. I haven't seen any sign of the Slender Man in quite some time. I don't think he's watching my performance. Why bring me here, then? I'll find out soon enough, methinks. Everything always ends up getting explained in the end, and for a whole lot of people, the end is pretty damn soon.

Speaking of ends and soon, I killed somebody. He was a noisy fellow, short and dressed in such loose clothing that he mostly resembled a blob. He was listening to the most inhuman-sounding garble of bass and what sounded like chainsaws being talked over that I have ever had the misfortune of enduring. I haven't really described a good kill in detail in a rather long time, so I will do my best to recount the events as they happened.

It was a Summer day, sun frying up everything that looked like it might have been almost pretty to look at should water have fallen from the sky in lieu of massive amounts of heat. One hundred six degrees Fahrenheit. Heatstroke was a bigger danger than cops that day. I'd love to see a Northerner walk around down here in this heat dressed like I usually dress for work. Work is what I call entertainment; I don't go and pay for cable on the off chance that I'll get bored. When I get bored, I go out and kill somebody. I woke up that morning determined to entertain myself and I thought there would be no better way than to follow some ants around on the street to see if I could get one to fall out of line for a good squishing.

The fellow that got the bad end of the squishing was carrying around an older-looking radio over his shoulder and he was being so noisy that everyone else was keeping a distance of at least thirty feet from him lest their ear drums be bashed into their brains. He practically removed himself from the crowd, and in that sense, stole a bit of the fun away, but I didn't feel like being picky. I watched him and waited as he walked down the sidewalk toward a rather large, empty lot. Once he neared it, I ran at him as fast as I could and when he noticed and thought reacting to sudden movement might be a good idea, I snatched his radio and took it with me to the center of the lot.

My mark followed, spewing ten obscenities with each wobble. Once the man managed to almost break into a gallop, I turned to face him. He neared striking distance and I swung the clunky radio as hard as I could into his face. There was a satisfying noise almost like snow being shoveled as the bones in his face penetrated one of the speakers. I was surprised when the man was able to stand back up after taking such a hit. His jaw was unhinged and his nose imitating a ketchup tap. I decided that the best course of action would be to just return the radio to the fellow with a recommendation that he turn off the garbage he calls music, so I did just that. One of the plastic knobs popped out when the front of the device impacted the top of his skull.

After I made sure the fellow would not be standing up a second time, I looked up to find that I had failed to notice an audience of children had been waiting in the lot. They were peeking out from around trees, precipitation falling from their faces with greater efficiency than any of the clouds this town has seen in weeks. I picked up the knob that had come loose and threw it to them before making my exit over a back fence.

Also a new post from Faceless, assuming that blog is part of this. She posted another code, the problem is it's handwritten and I'm not sure if I'm putting the spaces in the right spots and capitalizing the right letters. I think it's base 64 but all I'm getting is gibberish. [/quote]

Faceless is definitely a part of Collector, no question. Does she need her own thread? Seems like her part should stay in this thread, along with APC.

As for the code, pretty sure I got it. I ran it through a Base64 decoder, reversed the text (since only the last letter was capitalized), then tried rotations until I hit ROT11.

Decodes to "He is coming for you."

No idea how to decode the little signature, though. It's most likely "faceless", but I can't hazard a guess as to how to get it there.

I must have typed something wrong then when I was trying to decode it, there were too many random punctuation marks and numbers to reverse and ROT code.

Well, since we agree she's part of hiscollector instead of something else that crossed over I've occasionally been using her ask box to taunt her about Mr. Collector abandoning her. Wonder if we can get her to turn on him? Even for a proxie she seems unstable, especially emotionally.

abandoning her?
where has it been implied he abandoned her? from what I understand they still chat with each other and actually I think they might be sort of boyfriend/girlfriend or something like that. So taunting might not be the best thing to do really..

Well, he left her behind at least when she was shot. Combined with earlier posts about her killing of a previous boyfriend it seems there's a wedge to use somewhere.

Sounds like Mr. Collector had a chat on Mibbit (either that or his blog and twitter were taken over by a frog with a speech impediment). Anyone catch it?

Faceless posted a QR code on her blog. Decoding leads to: lE95QPRdHqJtjPx6lFIoHEp0QOD0iFDfQODqQPZwH2tbQPVxiPY=

Which looks like base 64 but doesn't translate. Going to try some rotations. I don't think it's been rot13'ed because that still produced gibberish.

Edit: For some reason when I copy paste lE95QPRdHqJtjPx6lFIoHEp0QOD0iFDfQODqQPZwH2tbQPVxiPY=

the first letter is coming out an L but I'm pretty sure it's a 1 not an l in the QR code.

In any case I'm getting no where cracking it.

New video from the APCollection account!

In the process of watching now. During the distortion and odd footage at the start if you pause you can read "You can feel it, can't you?"

Interspersed with the video are apparently random shots. We have the school, someone I don't recognize from behind typing on a computer, a girl I presume is Courtney, Alana, and a creepy drawing that looks like it was done by Mr. Collector (AKA Stephen).

So, Stephan has been through a lot has he? What has he been through I wonder?

Edit: Speaking of Mr. Stephen, he's re-posted the video on his site with the heading "Back From Church. Will explain Later."

Edit 2: From their twitter: Was looking at the most used words in the comments on our videos and got this: "claims ducky's nut rid hammer certainly nobody."

Edit the 3rd the revenge of edit: Found out there's a two hour old bulletin on youtube from them.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Had to run it through base 64 then rot13 but for the life of me I have no clue why it was coded at all. It read: Graphics card kind of exploded.

Just prior to that their was a bulletin reading:

New video up soon, been having computre gebhb3lyZg==

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
THAT becomes "<81><E6><E1>oyrf" when translated to base 64. The letters at the end rot13 to "bles", but I have no idea how to make "<81><E6><E1>" into "trou" so that it reads the obvious word "troubles".
Oh, by the way, this appears to be the code Faceless uses.
