Still out at Amy's. Despite a minor incident, things are actually really great right now. It's like old times!

Anyone else have a feeling of great foreboding and pants full of bricks?

The calm before the storm?

The first image that entered my mind was TJ posting about what a great time she was having drinking tea with Amy and Tree Dude despite that minor incident where Tree Dude took all her organs out and put them back in after wrapping them carefully in plastic.

edit: New video!

Edit 2: In absence of proof that this was faked for the series I flagged this. This sort of shit doesn't belong on youtube.

Really? It's a pretty much a dark video where you see nothing and has sounds of gunshots and barking.

Yeah far worse than say a girl stabbing some guy on camera or spitting up black goo after an encounter with a supernatural being.

You noticed this part, right? In absence of proof that this was faked for the series

You don't kill an animal and then upload it to youtube for entertainment. If a dog needs to be put down you take it to a vet who will do it humanely, if you can not safely get it to a vet yourself you call animal control. You do not film the process of it being killed while laughing and joking and then upload it for people to "enjoy". Even if it was faked for the series this was in poor taste.

I don't even know how this could possibly be real--because it's part of a fictional video story, and you don't even see the alleged dog.

It's pretty disturbing (as the MH-style notecard at the beginning said it would be), and weird, and I wonder how the hell it's connected to the narrative.

But real? No.

Um, wow. I'm a little bit shocked that they uploaded that. I mean, it's one thing to say that they were going to put the dog down (because a dog that was acting like that should) but not in that way, or context. You don't film it, put it on youtube, also showing yourself joking about it and describing it in detail. I don't even see how this related to the story at all, or even what they were thinking.

I hate to say this, but I'm really disappointed in them. This was my favorite vlog, but after this...

The bite looked pretty damn real. Those whimpers sounded pretty damn real. They're known for incorporating events of their real life. As I said, I need some proof that this wasn't real and even if it wasn't it was in damn poor taste to upload it.

Yeah I noticed it.

You do understand that there is a huge part of the world where there is no animal control, there are reasons where you can't wait for a vet (and if you called them in the middle of the night they'd ask "why don't you just shoot it") and things like this are pretty common place.

The ending to Old Yeller is on YouTube go flag it.

There is a huge difference between showing something faked in a movie, and filming something that may or may not have happened while also joking and laughing about it for no reason.

You know what? If you're all disturbed by it so much (I know I am), why don't you PM the creators about it?

What the vet won't tell you to do is film it, film yourself joking about it, and upload it to youtube expecting people to be entertained.

The ending of Old Yeller is fictional. Like the "girl stabbing some guy on camera or spitting up black goo after an encounter with a supernatural being". Had I suspected the stabbing had legitimately happened I would have reported that video as well and tried to contact the police in their area. Had I suspected her spitting up black goo after an encounter with a supernatural creature had actually happened I would have called the Ghostbusters.

You couldn't have been more right, with this heated discussion about the latest video. Confused

I've taken it up in the videos comment section which I'm pretty sure they read. The only reason I'm discussing it here is because, well, it's being discussed here.
