Got this mail from artemis_jonesSPLAT verusinvestigations.info today:
Quote:
Dear Potential Employees:
It is vitally important that you fill out the application (unless you've had second thoughts) because we cannot make your ID badges for you if you don't. We require that info for our records.
The ID will make it easier to identify yourselves as working for us on the case. It will make it easier for potential interviewees to trust you if you're associated with VI. The ID number must accompany all your communications with us and potential interviewees. Additionally it will grant access to information that we don't want to share with the public (i.e., the wiki and twitter).
If you've had second thoughts about employment with VI ignore this email.
Thank you!
Artemis Jones, Sr. Investigator

yeah sorry
in a true investigation you would not use the first name only of a witness
and her name was only associated once as the maid

Got the email too, however I did specifically enter "Info" instead of "Job". I presume that "Info" seekers will still get whatever promo material was mentioned... I wonder if they plan to send different packages to "Job" applicants and "Info" seekers, or if it's just the badges that will be sent to applicants.

Got my id as a QR Code, attached to this e-mail:
Quote:
Attached is your Verus Investigations Identification QR.
(1) You may print a smaller image and have it laminated (or not). Nevertheless, you should have it with you whenever you're on VI business.
(2) Scan it to get your ID#. Use the first two sets of numbers (12345-1234-XXXX) in all your emails to us and to others while investigating for VI. But never reveal your PIN which is the last four digits.
(3) This is your personal ID so if we're contacted by someone you've already contacted on our behalf, we can confirm you are working for us.
(4) Reminder: Never reveal your PIN to anyone.
Thank you!

Nice find, I'm really wondering if the person mentioned in the file is Mordred Black...
