The screenshots convince me even further. I don't know what your definition of "clear" is, but it's not mine. I saw a much higher quality picture in the Something Awful thread and it sure doesn't look like a tree or him. The "legs" look like legs, but they go up 80% of the body and the torso is all squished. Plus, no undershirt, it's all black.

Keep in mind that everything in this image is duplicated and shifted to the right a little; we're seeing two images overlaying one another. The two black things aren't legs, they're duplicates of the same shape. If anything, the figure is standing sideways, facing the same direction that Jay is walking.

 		I love how at the end there was a guy standing there with a White shirt. And there was a similar white shirt in the tunnel Alex was in back in entry 29. Makes me almost feel sorry for the poor bystander. One can only imagine what horrible fate that The Operator and Alex had in store for him. I just hope he wasn't supposed a combo meal for the pair. *shivers*

Also for those denying Oppy's appearance, note the strange buzzing sound that occurs just before it/he appears. Which then turns into a light distortion when Jay's camera gets the short footage of him that it did.

That said, I do think there is audio distortion, but it's being caused by whoever is following Jay through the trees. Whatever is at 4:36, its 90% likely to be a tree. Seriously, guys.

Is it just me or is the audio distortion only there while the... "tree" is in frame?

 		I think it's safe to say that Alex's Super Secret Tape doesn't involve the noentry tunnel. Alex probably started visiting the tunnel on a regular basis after he started wearing the satchel.

The tape must have been recorded prior to the events of Entry #46, but it probably doesn't involve the tunnel. I'm guessing the tape has something on it from Season 1. Something to finally clear up the bullet casing, perhaps? Or maybe something more recent involving the Maskies or Alex's date with the Operator. I dunno.
