Another homage to EMG with 'Detective AMSEL'. I really hope they aren't going to go out with a few shoutouts to other series, this series is probably my favourite or at least 2nd.

Also the ending implies that Alex either had something happen to him (unlikely, since the camera made it back after that somehow), or that he had some sort of encounter.

This plan does kind of make sense though, if you're getting stalked relentlessly, would you really continue to post videos about it? It's not something the other series (besides EMH, briefly). Hopefully it's leading into something awesome.

I was going to say that Slendy/KvdR/whoever showed up at the end killed Alex, since he's wearing a red shirt, but then how did Chris get the camera back to upload the video?

Maybe they didn't kill Alex, maybe they recruited him into the cult.

I'm under the impression that it was KindvonDerRitter. If I recall correctly, he's the only one with the colour distortion.

ahhh my discovery of dark harvest has caused me to re immerse myself in slendervlogs. got caught up with marble hornets and emh and such.

I'm really liking the direction dark harvest is taking with this shit so far, especially the whole cult aspect. although I may be biased because I have a huge fascination with cults.

I watched all the videos yesterday, and I gotta say, I'm really enjoying it.

I found the transcript of the black book a good number of pages back so I'm going to read through that today too.

I've been a hardcore MarbleHornets fan for about a year now, but just about 2 weeks ago I discovered Dark Harvest, and It's slowly but surely becoming my favorite slenderman vlog!

I believe that It has strengths in terms of actors and characters... What I'm trying to say is they seem to have a lot of friends in high places, or a lot of resources for actors, if you know what I mean?

Anyway!

I have to agree I like the way they're going with this, and I generally like the characters. They're the kind of characters that when you first find out about them, then get to know them, you hope to god that they aren't killed off in the series, xD

Moving on... I'm curious to know what follows on from the latest update, and I hope Alex is alright.

In #19, I think the "slenderman" they met in the woods was one of the cult members dressed up in a cheap costume to lead them into the real operator... But I'm sure this has already been discussed somewhere in this thread? xD

And as for the "my final betrayal" video, I have a theory on that too. KinVonDerRitter filmed that video. "Betrayal" -- Because he was giving Alex and Chris too much information on the cult. "Final" because I believe he was the one that was killed at the end of the video. But then again, how the video was uploaded is a mystery. Meh.

Sorry to ramble on but, you know, I'm British, It's natural.

Also it was uploaded by Chris after Alex received it in an email from himself I think.
