which i cant make heads or tails off. I checked the terminal and nothing new seems to be up. I am probably missing something though.

Hello, sorry I'm jumping in at a late stage but Ive been following this.
I emailed him a mintue ago and got the response

I googled 3927 and got various options. The main one seemed to be a pistol called the "Freedom Arms 3927 pistol". Don't know if this helps? :S

Where did you get the idea to use base64? because it looks as though it has been cross-encrypted.

it worked for some of it.

Also on the tab for the page with the binary code was this.
