@benjaab - I absolutely do NOT think that's a coincidence. Maybe in entry 29... it IS Alex:

also, if you look at entry 29 and then this entry, what we originally thought was slendy in entry 29 i'm really starting to think is alex. i mean if you look at the way alex is standing stradling whiteshirt's body, it looks just like the figure in entry 29.

I'm getting the impression that Alex's stance in that shot and the fact that he is, after all, a rather slender person himself, are being consciously used, in a symbolic way, to show that he's tied to the Operator somehow.

I was just thinking, that stance does seem very significant. He does it twice, once when he's done strangling the guy and once after bashing his head in with the rock. From the angle of the dropped camera, it almost looks like a letter or symbol of some kind (an A over a W?), but it's no symbol I've ever seen earlier in the series, so I think that's just coincidence.

Having just seen the video for the first time, though, I'm still in the reaction stage. I freaked when the Operator took the body, that was just... wow.

I still have two questions about the entry, questions probably already discussed at length in this thread (so I'll go take a look through it when I finish posting this). First is... at the end, did Alex teleport, or was that just skipping a bit in the tape? Second, when exactly did Alex leave Slendy's control. The way he moves at the end, looking at the blood for a bit, almost makes it feel like he didn't know what he'd done and was trying to work out what was going on there, but when he calls Jay, I think it's pretty obvious he's still under Slendy's control.

Also (again, something I'm sure has been noticed before), I think we now have confirmation that Slendy-controlled people also mess up cameras--Alex passing near the camera definitely gave audio distortion, at least, in this entry. So maybe the Slenderization process turns people into Slendermen?

...and now I'm thinking of Endermen again, curse you, Notch, for adding them to Minecraft.

I can't wait for the day when a weight loss program called "The Slenderization Process" comes out.

But in actual response, I didn't notice this at first. It's a great touch.

Also, as far as the "don't follow me," he could be talking "to" Jay or to to the O-man himself. There's also the possibility that he doesn't really have a set recipient of that message in mind, and that he's just lashing out at the general feeling of being followed in a not-entirely-mentally-healthy sort of way.

Found something. For the first frame of it's appearance in this entry, the Operator was farther away from Bruce.

The Operator's lack of dieting has finally taken its toll by laying the pounds on the Operator's legs.

The story of Slenderman is obvious. In the past life he was an aspiring hip-hop artist who was known in the rap game as "The Operator" for the way he spit his flows with such surgical precision. But then when Slim Slendy was about to make it big and record his first demo, he realized that his presence caused all recording equipment to go haywire and distort all of his dirty rhymes. His dreams crushed, The Operator killed himself and now spends his ghostly afterlife tormenting the young MCs of earth and through Alex's murders, creating a record label of undead hip-hop stars known as "Yung Slendy." His focus on Jay is evident by Jay's nasty beats and sweet flow. It all makes sense now.

Huh... apparently The Operator doesn't teleport, he's just crazy fast when not observed.

Wow. We officially need a new entry. Nothing left to say.

Are you saying his faceless-ness might have been him killing himself by scratching a record with his face?

By the way, I forgot we named White T-shirt guy Bruce.

Had this idea yesterday morning at work. I was grinning for 2 hours.
I hope there will be a M.H. Soundtrack.
