Well, if you want a leg-up with that translation, I literally just finished OCRing the text portion of the document (my ABBYY doesn't do handwriting).

I've attached the Word document I output, and I'll give your zip a try.

EDIT: Huh, yours doesn't work either. Could you attach the image unzipped?

It definitely looks like Alvarez... I chalked it up to seeing faces in clouds. Not to mention that's his first name. Who's signature is only their first name?

I didn't get much out those numbers and letters either. At first I thought they referenced the audio logs. For example, x-044##72 matches 0x044, but there's nothing that goes with x-846##99. Nothing with the letters or coordinates yet, but I think we'll be getting more as we advance through time.

No reply from Vidal, but I would expect they either
A: Need to tweak the satellite to take new cords or
B: Need all 21 to do the next set up.

That's not including if they need a security threshold or the other stuff.

Edit: When trying to input the sattellite cords you get slapped with a critical connection error, and only for THOSE cords. So I would guess they've blocked us for using them for right now.

After going with the side of the church, I disconnected to continue later. When I entered to idgi1 again, I got this.

I was determined to recreate that screen for myself shadowdancer aaand I just figured it out. You never mentioned doing this, but did you enter your password incorrectly a few times at the start of idgi1.net? or maybe just accidentally hit enter a few times before putting in your password?

It looks like after 3 password attempts up comes that `broken` version of the satellite screen. Pretty neat looking!

Oh and i guess it does make sense to just be called the Seekers, doesnt it? I`m with that. what about where we`re from or how we started up? gives some room for creativity in there lol we could be uhhhhhh, an anonymous Latin-american, meat packing glitterati!!!

After a bit of brainstorming I came up with a few (imo fitting) terms to describe a fictional group that would be interested in AI technology and interdimensional travel.

One of the most interesting is probably the term "technological singularity" which basically deals with the idea of having achieved a point where a human created intelligence would surpass the humans own intelligence.

I also tried to find some nice arconyms but they all still seem to be lacking a bit..

Well I had sent an email back about the group. (It was lame explanation since I just went with bare bone's. I'm sure I can send something else if someone want's to make something better.) but I haven't heard back from him yet. I'm guessing it's been buried behind all the other emails he get's. I had asked him if he had a rough idea when we would make a time jump to satisfy some of the more impatient crowd.

While we wait on Malcolm to respond someone else may want to ask Alvarez about Bellhurst to see if any info is the same.
