 		Ok I got a long complex explanation from Dan Miller, what do you guys think of this:

It's a complex protocol, and quite hard to explain. I hope you're understanding my explanation. FAILTECH does have some beta memory wiping technology, so it is possible that LAINSY can selectively delete particular memories on humans. However, due to the complexity of this protocol I can't really explain it. One thing I know is that, LAINSY will never ever answer anything about 45459 unless the entire board and council agrees unanimously. So if there's anything marked as 45459, only LAINSY will know, and neither she will tell if anything is indeed under 45459. However, she will only reveal 45459 if the predetermined amount of time has been met, or a particular scenario (or circumstance) has been met, which is also predetermined. Really complex, I can't really explain it fully. I delayed to explain this since it's so complex, that not even this explanation could actually explain it properly and accurately.

 		So who is Ruby? I no nothing about failtech. But I do know 45459... If hes enhanced like he says he is he could be a problem.

 		What I understood...

LAINSY was the one who was keeping 45459. And only she knows about him. However, a person in FAILTECH (probably of high position) has marked him with protocol 45459. Which means, whoever assigned that, might have also had his memory wiped so that he himself won't know about 45459, making it much secure.

FAILTECH has memory wiping tech, that can selectively wipe memories.

45459 is regarded with highest importance and protection, which begs the question how he managed to escape?

Also, why doesn't LAINSY do anything to retrieve him? Then again, maybe she does, however she's just not telling.

Also, if it's of the highest secrecy, why does LAINSY has info about 45459 on her logs? IF she was meant to be the only one to know...

This is all giving me a huge mindfck at the moment... I'll sit down and watch TV for a moment...

 		Easy there zeighy. Don't get too comfortable. First, re-read carefully the blog. From what I read, it appears an entity has taken over/destroyed the facility as referenced by the protocol 5 message. The facility was mostly abandoned having everyone killed, taken, or escaped. The facility almost had no power and most of it was dark. Remember, Lainsy controls almost all of the environmental aspects of the facilities. Then we get to the part about Arnold (the cleaning bot) telling 45459 to see Ruby and giving him credentials. He asks Arnold about his memories and Arnold says he is the one who would know everything except who he is. Because he is the one who should know everything. Ruby can give him his super abilities back. Now, here comes the extra mindfck. I queried Lainsy yesterday about Ruby and Arnold and this is the reply I got...

Together, we are a part of LAINSY, however, only I (Scarlet) is usually the one who get's acknowledged the most as LAINSY since I process all of the communications and and other tasks. Arnold can function independent of me (Scarlet) and would still usually work even if I (Scarlet) is still offline. However, I (Scarlet) cannot function without Arnold. Arnold's name was taken from the actor who played as The Terminator in the movie. However, the LAINSY Arnold is designed to be my (Scarlet) "terminator" as the FAILTECH LAINSY Safety Protocol describes.

Is it possible that what is happening in this part of the Failtech universe is actually in the future? Maybe that's why 45459 has memory of Scarlet being roughly 7-10 years old. She would only be 7 right now. I wish they would have had Arnold tell 45459 to "Get to the choppa!" That would have been classic.

While I was pondering this question, a scene from V for Vendetta (ironically) came to mind. It was the one where he escaped the fiery detention facility that he was being held in. Seems to fit.

 		I'm still wondering why this arc needs to be created in the same universe? If they actually merge (or diverge) at one point, then maybe we should try to see where that point is... Might help locating 45459 and who he actually is.

But yeah, still a bit confused at some parts of this, seems this universe has gone deeper... waaay deeper

also, LAINSY/Scarlet being dead is also possible, since LAINSY/Arnold can still work even without LAINSY/Scarlet. Which then begs the question, what did happen to LAINSY/Scarlet in this arc?

Since Arnold is still basically LAINSY, it means that he was still trying to protect 45459 in that facility. Which he kinda did, but he's out. I wonder if the world 45459 is living in right now is a post-apocalyptic one?

Ooooooh! Yeah. I like that. It's actually quite smart. We can actually use our communications from one arc to figure out what is happening in another, but, as far as that goes, these two arcs might actually be happening simultaneously when you start talking about space-time and time traveling. Man, this is getting good! I'm even more excited about how this could go than before. And it is actually possible that Arnold had to destroy Lainsy for some reason. Maybe she went ape caca again or maybe she got taken over by someone. I'm also interested to find out who the older couple 45459 was staying with is. Who votes for Daniel/Marie? We did have a reference in one of Genus' notes about wondering why Daniel didn't have a woman.

 		I think it wasn't Daniel that Genus wrote about not having a woman, but Alex.

Anyway I heard back from Daniel -- are you guys still communicating with him? His email address is dan.millerSPLATfailtechnologies.com. He's pretty friendly and helpful, so drop him a line.

I basically told him that I believe that a FAILTECH facility that housed a 45459 person was attacked and the employees in it either died or were taken. The 45459 person escaped but he had a brief chat with Arnold. I concluded that something dangerous is happening, that FAILTECH employees died because of it, and that the 45459 person is considered a target. And then I asked if he had any details he could fill in:

And thst if he is indeed housed in a FAILTECH facility, it would be somewhere hidden form everyone. Only LAINSY can know about 45459. And again, Protocol 45459 is very complex, it's hard to explain.

Anyways, you say there's a FAILTECH facility which has been attacked, and there are casualties. Is this about the Protocol 5 activation you guys were asking me previously? Because I did check on it, and there's NO facility that has been compromised or attacked.

About Arnold, well, Arnold is another complex thing to explain. To make it short, he's not exactly a cleaning robot. However, he is someone who can actually control the robots, and that we call all cleaning robots Arnold, since he is the one controlling them in the first place. And, to put some joke into the welcome package new employees get.

It was something about a legend... in the files... I forgot what the passwords are, but can you guys look for it? It's something about that universe thing, and apocalypse problem.

Because, I suspect, 45459 has something to do with this...

 		You may be right posse, it might have been Alex. It looks like we can't access any of the files from the other episodes right now unless someone saved the texts elsewhere. The only thing I saved was the EMILY cipher so that I could still work on it.
