So the result from step 3 should be the answer?

Nope.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The result from step 3 tells you how to do step 4.

My difficulty is listed in the spoiler below.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I am on the "underlines are braille" one and can't figure out what to do with the braille letters. Tried converting it to binary code many different way but can't get anything that makes sense. Would really appreciate a hint.

What's next?

1: So
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

then what's next?
2:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

what does this mean in relation to #1?

Check this:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Once you get the braille message - you have done the underlines part. Now you do the part the braille message gave you about the case of the letters. This would be all the letters, not just the ones you used for the braille. You will end up with one word.

It sounds like you might be doing it backwards?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Don't convert those letters into Braille; rather treat the indicated letters as the "dots" in a series of groupings of Braille characters. The result should clue the next step.
