What I Do In My Basement

Bringing up an old theorem here, after realizing i haven't solved it. I've spent the last hour blankly staring at it, with no clue what to do. Any help?

The message is encoded using a series of digits in various numeric bases.

Where do I go from there? I'm not sure how to categorize each shape for the bases Question

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Each row is in a different base. The shape on the left tells which base (count the number of sides), the tiles on the right encode the digits of each number.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Solid colored tiles are zero, the others are the number of sides in the primary shape.

If you need more, an explanation of the first row:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The first row is in base 5, the digits are 0032. Two solids = 0, 0, the triangles have three sides, and the odd shape has two. Convert to decimal (in this case, 17), then lookup the letter in the alphabet that corresponds to the decimal number.
