I had the same problem, until I noticed that the dark lines in the centers are darker on one color than the other.

Is that the one where you cant seem to find a place to release the bubble thingy? It took me forever to realize you can continue around the edge of the box and go up and down the sides and along the top.

 		I'm stuck on 40 as well. There's just not enough space, but I'm sure I'll eventually get it.

My big problem is actually floor 5, but it could just be my slow connection too. Off to find that thread!

I honestly cannot remember which puzzle this might be. It seems you want something from Facility 1 but not whichever one this thread is for. Try the wiki:
