I can't really see a pattern in it. ROT has failed me, but you can still make out some of the words even with the symbols, no pattern to that either, even with similarly replace letters.

I had fun with this, actually. I like a spot of brain-teasing when it involves zombies. But, sadly, I was also working on editing a few posters for a charity and think I screwed up on the patches. Embarassed

It asked me State\City, and being in my clustered state of mind, I did exactly that. Laughing

I entered State\City without thinking twice till now. Funny how it came to mind after I finished the poster.

Two who started it all, is probably referring to Umbrella. Oswell E. Spencer, James Marcus, and Edward Ashford, I believe, are three of the founders of Umbrella. But, I googled them, and found nothing official. Must be something else.

It looks like we need to be searching for something relating to Ozwell E. Spencer and Sir Edward Ashford. They are the two who founded Umbrella in 1968.
