But yeah, I'm gonna go with he's probably dead. If he's not, there's some major voo-doo magic crazy crap going on here. Strangled + Rock-to-the-Face + Slender-napped = Gone. Dead. Kaput.

In other news, Jay posted things!!! Very Happy I'm gonna go on a limb and say that Bruce likely isn't making an appearance again. The way this 'Jay is looking for missing persons report' thing played out, I'm assuming it was a minor plot device, not a major plot point. Unless the next entry is preceded by Jay a) all of a sudden finding the report he was looking for for two weeks or b) finding evidence of Bruce's whereabouts on one of the last tapes/clips from the hard drive, I imagine that the only mentions of him will be in discussions between Alex and Jay.

That said, I could be entirely wrong. Just going on the Twitter activity the past week or two and Jay's IG responses regarding his search, I'm guessing it's not something we're really meant to learn more about. But then again, MH is known for turning shit on its head out of the blue. Guess we'll see?

Then his body vanished into thin air. It's always possible, as many have speculated before, that slenderpants reanimated him. Can't figure why else there would be no report on a missing or dead person, aside from him not appearing to be either as far as the general public is concerned.

 		Gotta say Geneaux makes a good point. Given that we're dealing with a series involving a teleporting faceless man in a suit and his bungling bemasked sidekick (who has also shown an ability to teleport) major voo-doo magic crazy crap is clearly in the house. And said MV-DMCC clearly already involves Bruce, what with the body vanishing.

I'm so happy my random string of words has already gotten an online acronym :') So proud!

I'd honestly be thrilled to see how they'd play that into the series. Since it'd be uncharted territory for the Slender Man mythos, it would be cool to see how Troy and Joseph make that work and explain it in the context of their story. (And please, please unFiction, don't feel the need to remind me that 'the Operator and SM are different'... I know. The Operator is part of the mythos, is all I'm saying, even if it is different. Just want to avoid wasting time on that pointless back-and-forth all together, thanks. Very Happy )

People actually get picky about that? Seems... unecesarry. I'm totally gonna start referring to the Operator as "Enderman".

It's probably been mentioned before, but the more Jay posts about not being able to find this guy, the more I start to think that the Operator completely removed him from existence. The way I see it, there are two things possible here with this theory.

1) When the Operator made the body vanish, every trace of the man ever being alive vanished. It was like he had never been born, and the only evidence of him ever existing is a video clip of him getting facerocked.

2) The man wasn't "Reality Shifted" out of existence, but was completely destroyed, and the Operator "operated" the memories of him out of everyone he had ever come into contact with. Still, a few minutes of video is all that's left of him.

That's just me, though.

Isn't he the guy in the parking lot in 48, though? I could see 49's footage being exempted from the reality shifting under the circumstances, but I can't say the same of 48.

Personally, I'm thinking there were never any missing person reports because he ultimately never ended up going missing--after he got teleported out, Mr. Operator gave him some reconstructive surgery, or something, and released him back into the world as one of his.... minions, or puppets, or what-have-you. For some good reason. This fits in strongly with some of the overarching ideas I've been starting to convince myself of with regards to What's Going On, though (which are beyond the scope of and irrelevant to this topic), so I'm filled with confirmation bias.
