I just had the picture in my head of Tim carrying a huge sack of rocks inside his jacket like the RE4 merchant. Very Happy

Also, I still maintain that Tim looks like he has gained weight.

So the people who actually come into contact with the "victims" have their minds wiped so they don't remember them anymore. Therefore, the only record of their existence is on the tape.

Tim didn't get his mind wiped cause he was wearing the mask? EDIT: Or he was lying. Jay only remembered him cause of the tapes?
