 		AXON COORDINATION 10/19 - READY FOR ANYTHING!

Melissa is NOT excepting crew pictures.

Sleeping princess is now calling immediately after some live calls.
She will ask you a number of questions. Then she gives you a number of a payphone that will be answered and expects you to call to inform another group of axon hunters what the answers you gave were. She then calls that phone at the regularly schduled time and asks for the answers.

WE'RE BACK TO THE RELAY, BE PREPARED TO WRITE DOWN THE ANSWERS!

I'm not quite sure how I feel about tricking the recording, but...

Assignment Discriptions ___________________________

PASSPHRASE COORDINATOR (PC): This person will receive new passphrases from beekeepers who have just talked to Melissa. They will then notify the PASSPHRASE SUPPLIER and CHAT COORDINATOR and post the new phrase to a thread in the Forum.

PASSPHRASE SUPPLIER (PS): This individual will know the most recent passphrases and will be the person to call to find out what the newest passphrase is. They will also have the capability to call axon hunters (say, 5 minutes before their axon time) who have notified them ahead of time that they would like such a call and update them with the most current passphrases.

CHAT COORDINATOR (CC): This person will repeatedly broadcast the newest passphrases in #beekeepers and whatever other chat resources beekeepers use. Possibly multiple positions? I really don't know much about the chat resources.

FORUM WATCHER (FW): This person will monitor the forums, in case anyone for some reason posts the new passphrase in a random thread rather than calling in. If someone does, they will inform the PC.

BLOG COORDINATOR (BC): Someone to post updates to the blog and other related media?

In my opinion those are the most likely positions that would need to be filled. If you can fill one tommorrow, or part of the day pm me or just post here and I'll update the list as we go.[/quote][/quote]

Summary of Phaedra and Buzzkill's conversation thus far:

I can watch the forum from work until 3:00 PDT and notify aliendial, angelo and KirstenS by PM, PM and chat, respectively, but if anyone else wants to do it, I'll step out. Again, I don't want to monopolize the coordination activities.

After 3:00 it gets a little hairy for me, so if someone else can take over at that time, I'd appreciate it.

Actually, I'm CDT as well, but we decided last week to post all coordination times in PDT to standardize everyone. But yes, 4CDT would be fine for me, and yes, it is for FW.

 		Looking at how the crew calls are spaced, it seems logical that some of them might be live. Surely our voice actress can't rest in those big chunks of time in between standard axons?

 		No, the crew calls have never been live so far. Live calls come to regular axons.

And no, we don't know if we need passphrases today;angelo and company just hope we are ready for anything!

If angelo can get that information into the above post before 8:20, that would really help me out. :)

 		Well, looks like I'm headed downtown sometime after I catch a call from Mel this morning. Anyone have any idea what the crap an "analog" should be? I'm gonna go snap some photos of the World's fair site, along with the Sunsphere. Should be a hit if I can figure out what else Melissa wants with it.

EDIT: You know what? I really should know better. (went to webster.com) So, an analog would be something from her timeline that relates. Anybody know what the Sunsphere's going to look like in 2552?

I imagine that she means photos that you take with a camera. She hasnt been big on images that you can whip up at your computer.
