Somebody mentioned the Slenderdoll?


I think I caught a glimpse of it in Alex's chair during Jay's "raid".

I can see it being a Slenderdoll. The legs somehow staying up caught precariously on the edge of the sloping part of the front of the armrest with the rest of the dol about to fall off, arm dangling down by it's head.

he actually did notice it in brians house though, and did notice the time of day change as well. he saw it kept pointing to the bathroom whenever he came out of a door, so he finally went into the bathroom

Fiddled around with my crappy phone apps and I got this, from when Jay first enters Alex's room:


From this angle, it doesn't look like it's sitting on (or sliding off) the seat. Looks tied to the arm. Plus I've been staring at screenshots of the Slendydoll for a week, trying get the proportions right for my aforementioned crochet project, and they look all wrong to me here. Unless the Slendydoll has been deconstructed, this (sadly) isn't it.

My own personal opinion about what's going to happen is this:

Jay labels the tape 56-42, which is his own personal labeling system, goes home and watches the tape. What he sees on it is something crazy awesome (and the kind of entry we all love).

Some amount of time later, he and Jessica end up at the hotel, he puts the tapes and stuff in his safe, and locks it up 1102. He gives the other tape to Jessica, who locks it up in her safe, possibly with the code 5642, or maybe with the last four numbers of Jay's phone number.

The reason we haven't seen what's on the tape yet is because Jay fled the hotel WITHOUT getting into Jessica's safe, so the tape he labeled 56-42 is still there in the safe in Jessica's room.

He might figure this out, and then we get an entry about him going back to the hotel and getting into Jessica's safe, possibly with a Slendy/Masky/Alexy encounter along the way (though I doubt the Alex thing.

Nope, it's from Alex and Jay's fight in the parking lot; can't remember the entry number. That's what Jay offers to Alex as justification for the first (failed) break-in. It's entirely possible that Psych used it too, though. I've seen the show, but it was a long time ago. Don't have cable now.

I noticed something while looking for the above screenshot. At the beginning of #50, while still in the car, Jay puts 3 tapes in his hoody pocket. It looks like it was deliberately shown. Counting the tape in his camera, that makes 4 tapes taken into Rosswood. We see 3: Tape 1, which starts out in the camera, shows the car, the phone call, and the hike part 1. Then Tape 2, which is #38, hike part 2. Then Tape 3, hike part 3 with the Masky chase, that cuts out with 12 minutes left. So are we missing a Tape 4 that comes between the tunnel and the break-in? We don't know that Jay left Rosswood with a blank tape and used it the following day. He could've gotten a new one at the hotel afterward. Jay has tried to withhold footage before, when he started filming himself and noentry. TTA called him out on the first, and has implied that Jay is an unreliable narrator. Consider that the most recent TTA vid is titled Extraction, which could have a double meaning--TTA "extracting" another confession, Jay confessing to extracting footage.
