Maybe he means this? It's at 1:23, during the distortion while they're walking toward the observation tower. Someone on the Wiki pointed it out a while ago, and I just assumed it was Mr. Slim.

 		Okay, this is kind of off-topic, sorry... I forgot I had downloaded the reversed audio of "Interruption" and it was still in my iTunes, I was just listening to my music on random and suddenly that fucking static and the distorted Mr. Sandman came on and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from until it was almost over. I nearly shit myself.
