Wow. Jesus. That was completely terrifying. I think it's so scary because it's so believable, where as usually vlogs center around young people these are like, backwards country folk. And they don't even realize what's going on, if anything.

Wow, they aren't backward... seriously?

Anyway, whoa. I watched every video, and the latest one is by far really creepy. Her child was talking to it.... I got goosebumps.

Me likey. There have been some pretty creepy good series coming out lately and this is one of them. I had trouble wanting to watch this at first, because of how it seemed it would be, but I am happy that I caught up on this one. I really like how the whole family is involved.

I really can't be bothered (and don't really have the time) to watch every video. I've skipped through most of them and they all seem to have at least some distortion. The only real Slender Man stuff I could see (not including distortion) were in #16 The Vandals, #19 The Tall Man, and the latest #33 The Faceless Masked Man.

I think they only one where we actually see Slender Man is #33 and tbh, I thought it looked more like a prop than a guy in a suit. Too stiff and not scary at all.

Having said that I like these characters and I like the realism here so I'm going to subscribe. If the PM reads this, it'd be fantastic to have a re-cap video or something.

It is worth watching all of it for some subtle slendy action...and they probably use the dummy in scenes where the kid is present because they do not want to scare him...he is 4 years old, for gods sake xD

The child is the best kid actor in Slenderman vlog so far.

It took me forever to catch up with this series. They certainly took their time to build up the page and an excuse to be filming all of the time. I'm not against this, because it's a much more realistic approach. At the same time, there were way too many videos without anything weird happening (and in some cases not much happening at all) which made it easy to lose interest. Despite that, I was determined to see it all and it was worth it for that most recent entry. I like that their Slenderman is actually pretty tall, which is something a few series struggle to achieve. Something is definitely off about him, though. I can't quite put my finger on it. I definitely appreciate this new point of view, I don't think we've ever truly seen a family experience Slenderman in vlog format, so I'm excited to see what they do with it. The entry with their son talking to him was brilliant, I like how the parents don't really pick up on it until they're viewing the footage, but their kid immediately sees it. It's like he's a lot more vulnerable to whatever it is the Slenderz does.

One suggestion I'd give to the PMs (if they're reading this) is to possibly look at some new editing software. Keep in mind that you don't have to throw down $999 to get something beyond the limited capabilities of Windows Movie Maker. This will definitely come in handy with those distortions, which with something as simplistic as WMM become very repetitive and come off looking much more like simple effects rather than distortions.

All in all, I like this so far and am looking forward to what happens next.

Pretty interesting series thus far. I'm loving the realism and how background-rich some of the characters are; they're believable as real people that you could meet in your day-to-day life. I think the kid is cute and his interactions with Slender Man are pretty awesome 'cause I've never seen anything like that before in any other vlog (only in blogs and short stories.) However, I could definitely deal with less 'screechy' moments.

Also, I think that the slow build-up is very much a double-edged sword. It allows them to build up a lot more back-story and such, but it also means that there's a lot more waiting patiently for any real action to come about.

Something I do think is pretty neat is that I googled them (so that I could see if they had any ARG-ness with them like a lot of the other vlogs do,) and I found that their videos are getting linked/compiled on child safety sites around the net.

I almost wonder if the creator of the series actually is a teacher, like the main character is in the series is. definitely adds to the realism and shows that they do their research.
