This is what I see:
Quote:
Confidence threshold achieved. Authorized personnel may preview transmission schedule commencing 10/19.
Could it be that I'm not "authorized personnel"?
Or perhaps because I'm not "crew"? how could it be possible that the server would know whether acknowledged crew members were viewing the page??

Try a shift-Refresh or ctrl-Refresh. (i.e., hold the shift, control, or some other command key while refreshing.) This should reload all page elements, regardless of cached data.
However, if you go through a proxy, it might be caching the content on the server.

It is below that, just below the header links (i.e. "hives" "fun stuff" etc) and above the first axon, "arguing_about_grenades".

It ain't showing up, no matter what I do. There *is* a wide blank space between the "confidence threshold achieved" message and the first axon, but no new message.
Oh well, thanks to the forums I still know what she wants, but this is kind of annoying.

I have to highlight that area to read the message since the background image doesn't seem to load.

SEEKING
vpisteve didn't remember Lt. Gilada's Mutant Pig Boy right...
I thought that using emoticons was the SP's thing.

To Quote Gilada (Via Kirsten on IRC):
Quote:
<kirsten> Sleeping princess is now calling immediately after some live calls.
<kirsten> She will ask you a number of questions. Then she gives you a number of a payphone that will be answered and expects you to call to inform another group of axon hunters what the answers you gave were. She then calls that phone at the regularly schduled time and asks for the answers.
I'm guessing vpisteve didn't get the relay right.

Wow.
Durga mentioning Rampancy, ala Marathon, and dreaming of the SP. Heh, dreaming about someone who's sleeping (get it? Oh, nevermind). These are interesting.

I would say that the coolest thing about this batch of wavs is that the Marathon idea of Rampancy is directly CONFIRMED to be what happens to Smart AIs. Maybe Durga is worried that she's going to compromise Earth's computer network?

Even if it's not exactly Marathon-style rampancy, it's a very similar idea, and there's something so indescribably cool about the whole concept that I too am really glad to have the word mentioned in the Haloverse.

So, what are you saying, Durga marries Barry White and changes her name to Gherritt?
