Just my take on it.


I interpreted Tim's comment as them mostly messing around, meaning if they did the whole thing as first takes, it wouldn't make any sense, it wouldn't be scary, and thus would alienate the audience. Nothing more, nothing less.


This train of thought is making me wary of the next Entry. Now instead of waiting for the epicness that could be on that mysterious tape, I'm waiting to see if this will even be a decent video, let alone a mind-blowing entry

I'm liking the idea of the cast doing something dangerous, though. Seeing some more Alex/Tim fighting would be awesome.

 		Entry 47 just popped up on my subscription list. I know usually when he uploads a new entry, old ones seem to pop up.

Could he actually be uploading it now without saying anything? Has anyone else had this happen to them?

When a director says they're "being safe" by getting a lot of takes, they mean that they got more takes than it seemed like they needed just in case there was a problem in a take that wasn't noticed during the actual filming. Meaning, the next entry probably includes a location or person that they wouldn't be able to easily get for reshoots so they had to "be safe" by getting tons of footage during the first shoot. It's a really common expression.

 		If it was going to be tonight, we probably would have heard more by now from Troy or Jay. It could be another really late one, like 2 or 3 AM, but at this point I'm thinking it won't be until tomorrow.
