 		Um, holy shit! What in the hell is going on???????????? 610 years in the future? How did we end up here? Look at the lainsy version number! Well, what the crap do we do now? I guess we could give lainsy the override credentials and let her take over or we could try contacting genus. Maybe he is still running around in this time.

 		I currently have full remote command authorization. I'm waiting on reply to the following:

Where is Central Station?

Where is 45459?

Where is Genus?

Who is the Galactic Union?
- How can they be contacted?

Who are the settlers?
- How can they be contacted?


I figure if Genus is found, I'll ask how to contact and get him back in contact with us. I forgot to ask for that info before but will on next one. Taking it one step at a time so we don't cause too much of a power issue asking a buncha stuff.

 		WTF just happened?!!!!!!! Are we on the future or is LAINSY from the future?

Also, in that much time LAINSY still remembers your addresses? That's something....

IN any case, I think we are indeed colliding with another parallel universe... Maybe this is another timeline? But which one? What's the difference from ours?

 		Well, I don't know what to say except what is new on Lainsy...

DSN seems to be offline. Without the DSN, inter-system communications
is also down.


I'm going to try to contact Genus and 45459. Is it possible that the future Lainsy was attempting to contact/connect to the past Lainsy so that she would have power or maybe this was planned out so that the DSN could be linked and updated through Lainsy. If that's the case, wouldn't Lainsy now know everthing that has happened from 10/9/11 to 10/9/2621? Maybe we should ask some questions along those lines? It seems Lainsy is almost out of power though. Wish I knew what the crap we are supposed to do now.

 		Ok, new information from Lainsy, and I have another request out. But I'm running a little dry on ideas at this moment. Also Spoilering this one, as I prob should have been anywyas on some of them. Just realized that LOL.

Information about 45459 cannot be accessed at the moment. Data is still being retrieved from my legacy database. Requested information will be added on your next query.

Do you mean Genus Orein?

The Galactic Union is the assembly of the first six different Human Civilizations plus Earth who have settled on the first six systems outside of Sol. They can be contacted through your local GNet Communications Hub.

The settlers are new human civilizations who have just settled in a new planet outside of the central 6 systems (excluding Sol) who has not met the requirements to join the Galactic Union. Instead they are being supplied with help by the union as they settler on their new planet and star system. They can be contacted through your local GNet Communications Hub.


And new questions I'm asking:

 		Also try contacting Alex at his Scimitar email. I know he doesn't check it much, but if FAILTech emails are down, then he might go back to using it just in case we need to get in touch. I'd do it, but I'm really busy right now. Still, I'll check back in a bit and do it if no one else has.

Also, I have a feeling this has something to do with Genus' time manipulation...

 		I bet you're right duke. I'll send an email to Alex's old email address. Good job on the queries kaelas. Keep em coming. We'll just keep having to piece information together from queries as we get them I guess. I definitely didn't see this coming and I have so many questions in my head I'm afraid I might have to have a craniotomy to relieve the pressure.

 		Thanks, Godder. Heh, you sent it right before I came back to check. How's that for timing? Smile

Also, I tried accessing /sfs, but it just redirected to /lainsy. Can anyone think of any other old directories that would be worth trying?

EDIT: I also tried the /admin/L4 directory from E1 (It was the level that was still in the auto-fill for my URL bar), also went to /lainsy.

 		No responces yet. If push comes to shove and we get close to downtime, say tomorrow morning and don't have an idea. maybe have Lainsy put out a beacon if she can to Genus/Settlers/Galactic Union apprising them of the situation and requesting help?

"And again, this message is intended for the Experts Team and is as follows: It's been a few days since the 'anniversary' of you guys first helping me out on the incident with Genus. I don't know if you guys are still alive or not, but I'm hoping you still are. If you do get this message from LAINSY then I'll be very happy. I know I can't express it anymore since I'm already paralyzed. Yes, we have a device that can read my mind and use the computer for me. Also, it can put me into a virtual environment where I can move my avatar. It's as close as I can get to having a working body. My body may be 'dead' so to speak, but my mind is still very much alive. This will probably be my last message I could record for you guys. LAINSY has done well. Oh, and We've finally got to another solar system with 'Earth-like' conditions. Of course, we got there through the ships we were building during the time you guys went gone. It's much improved version. I would be happy to share all the details however, I don't think it would be interesting anymore if you do get this message in the future. Also, the Afyg planet is gone, so is Genus. I don't really know what happened to them. Things just went, gone. But hey, FAILTECH is still the best and we're the lead in everything Earth is achieving right now. In fact, we've managed to unify the world through science. We can all agree science has done more things to improve our life than politics, correct? It's a better place, if not the best. There's still some problems, but we're getting through. I'm happy to have been a part of FAILTECH, with all of the adventures we had, and that time you did your best to help me about Alex. Ah, how I miss you guys. I've never forgot you guys. I'm already 107 years old, and I would be happy to die in this state completely untarnished and pure. We've developed a vaccine that could extend life of humans right to around 2-3 times. It might improve overtime, but I refused to take it. There's not much side-effects, none of which are bad anyways. The vaccine basically slows down human growth and the aging process, body processes still work normally. It's just that we age slower. Or rather they, since I refused to take it. As safety, we only allows the vaccine to be injected on or after they become 18 and can decide for themselves if they accept or reject to be injected. Don't worry, it doesn't affect pregnancy and DNA. Anyways, that's probably all I can say now. If you do get this message, just keep safe. I'm probably dead already so just don't worry about me. I lived a happy life."

 		Well we certainly didn't get sent into the future... My computer still says October 2011 and so does everything else. Did they get sent into the past? No, they would have noticed the drop in technology around them. The future, maybe? No, they would have noticed a technological increase. I'm willing to bet that they got placed into a time dilation field that made time speed up for them in relation to us. Any sort of transmission sent from within such a field would be rendered unreadable from the outside, especially if it's one so fast that, in a few weeks, it's been over 60 years. But that raises the question of how we're able to access LAINSY now. Perhaps the field died off, leaving some sort of strange paradox? That might explain the satellites going down, as they might have gotten desynchronized or something, but it doesn't explain how all the people just up and disappeared. Normally I'd say we should just wait for more developments, but I'm not sure how more developments would reach us. Ugh. This almost seems like a lame way to end the game, though I doubt it is. It almost reminds me of the lame way they ended Stargate SG-1...

It is possible to use directed communications/laser/microwave to transmit data, however, this means of communication is only as fast as the speed of light and will take YEARS to arrive at any intended destination, if intended for communications between systems.

Emergency Beacon has already been deployed, however, it has already lost it's power as it has already been deployed for 21 months and 18 days.

Galactic Union headquarters (main) is at Earth (currently missing). If you are situated outside of Sol, please tell me your current system and I'll provide you with the location of the nearest outpost or headquarters in your area.

My maintenance systems are now offline because their power has been depleted. I do have solar panels, however, they can only provide enough power to maintain orbit. All other power needs are taken form my power cores which are nearing depletion.

inter-system communications is down because the DSN is unreachable/offline.
