Any one have any ideas on how we can improve our chances of getting these things enhottenated.

There is such a short time period between calls that it would be hard to relay everything to a central location then relay it again.

One suggestion I would have is to get there early and take a cell phone. If you do get chosen to have to relay questions when the team that answered the questions calls give them your cell number and have them call on that. This would avoid being on the phone when the princess calls.

Any other ideas?

Hey Trident, this is Lt. Watson, sorry about taking so long giving you my questions and answers, I just wanted to make sure you could understand me (had a bad connection) and that you had time to write them down.

My suggestion for people answering SP's question is to write down the Q's & A's as SP is asking you. And it might be a good idea to call the number she gives you a minute early, just so we have enough time to coordinate these.

What's horrible is it was a phone I submitted.

But Watson sounded loud and clear on my end, and I heard the SP with only the most minimal of static.

I'm guessing she heard the busy signal noise instead of me. Or, intermixed with me once I picked up. Or something.

EDIT: And I missed such a great .wav, too! ;(

EDIT 2: I think the Princess saw it as "Busy, busy, busy" because I may have been on the phone still with Lt. Watson! Noes!!!

I got the recording and is it just me or was the transmission switching from Melissa to the SP?

Actually, that phenomenon has been documented for a couple of weeks now (really since the SP was released), with it seeming to be more emphasized every week. At least, that's what I heard on my calls.

Yeah, at the beginning of the Melissa call I heard what sounded like the SP slipping in and out, sort of like when you're changing radio stations, you know? It happened about twice and then it was just Melissa, who made us make up a team cheer (oh man were we bad) and yelled at one member of the team telling him to say "YES MAAM". So make sure you're polite on your phone calls like any military man/woman should be.

Sorry, I didn't get a recording. I couldn't hear much but I do know FOR SURE Melissa said something about "picking a side". The SP has a very girly timid voice, correct? I swear the transmission was interrupted by SP for a little bit. Can't be 100% though, sorry no recording Sad

From all the calls I've answered, nothing about choosing a side, just the standard cross between SP and Melissa while talking at the beginning.

I finally get to my computer and we're having a power outage! :/

Anyway, here's what happened at the Vegas axons this morning:

First call came in. Recording. I repeat "Reach" over and over, but get a negative response.

The phone rings again, it's a couple Beekeepers with like 8 questions/answers to give me. I didn't have anything to write with, so I was trying to remember them all.

The phone rings again, and it's Sleeping Princess. She says she has a new game and that I need to answer her favorite question exactly. She asked about a scary face, and I said pigboy, scary pigboy, ugly pigboy. I couldn't remember 'mutant,' so I got it wrong. Confused Sorry guys. (hangs head in shame).

On the bright side, SP is much more fun to talk to than Melissa. I mentioned I was having trouble hearing her as I was in a casino, and she said "Yes! My brother Kamal used to work in a casino!" So there we have ironclad confirmation of that.

SP took my cellphone number, so hopefully she won't lose it like Melissa apparently did.

So, the morning was a bust for me, but at least I got to talk to SP. Very Happy
