I watched the video, I managed to post within the first 10 pages. My job here is done. But first a few things.
This kinda supports the whole "Alex is working with the Operator" theory.
Also if this is the season finale I would be okay with that.

My crazy theory:

We see Tim and Brian.

Both are Slendercoughing up a storm.

Both end up in the weird room.

Brian must be Hoody.

Couple of things:
It seems like when Slendy first appears, he actually transports Alex away from the scene. Then Brian picks up the camera after seeing Alex disappear and is all WTFBBQ?! Interesting to think Slendy wouldn't go for the supposed "victim".
Tim was in the hospital/school/ark before Brian got there. In the early entries, Tim was present while Brian was out getting snacks. I guess it made sense back then to assume Brian got nabbed before Tim as a result of that evidence but now it seems to be the opposite.

I think this adds credence to the theory that Brian and Tim are in cahoots and totheark.

I also think that slendy isn't "eating" people(though he may have done that to Bruce) but experimenting on them and driving them insane from that place.

Or something.

FFFFFF- Holy shit. I... I'm not even sure where I should start, or what I should take from this video @__@;;

W-Well first off, it looks like Alex's deviousness goes even farther back than we thought, whether of his own volition or not...
And gah, Brian! Did he... did he get Slendy-eaten? or Was he just messed around with and then ended up becoming Hoody or something? I've always been sort of inclined to think that Brian is Hoody, so this may be the start of when Brian got seriously messed up... but then what on earth was Tim doing there? And saying Seth was "feeling sick"... was that actually a cover-up for Seth being Slendy-eat'd?

Oh man. I think I need to rewatch this thing.

What's with all this "ark" discussion? Has the phrase ever appeared other than in totheark's name? I don't think it necessarily has to be the name of a place, seeing how cryptic TTA tends to be.

I liked the burned down school trope, seems like sort of a nod to Victor Surge's Slender Man.

Maybe Tim had turned to Masky when ALex left. He left becaus eh wasn't safe but he didn't "have" Jay yet. He gave Jay the tapes knowing he would one day tyr t follow him. He then starts posting to Youtube and he knows he's got him so he waits till he's good and freake dout and sends him the "I need help tape".

He sacrifices the girl who loves him to finish Jay.

Rewatched it. I was so caught up in everything the first time around that I forgot that Seth comes up in the beginning. Brian asks where Seth is, and Alex says he wasn't feeling well when they came out to the same place before.

So I'm thinking that perhaps Alex has already done the same thing to Seth, even though we didn't see him?

Does this need to be spoilered?

How much you guys wanna bet that this entire time Jay hasn't been narrating, but it turns about Alex has been and that Jay has suffered the same fate as Tim and Brian?
