I actually sort of like this theory. We are slowly watching Alex's slow mental breakdown into his compulsion to kill and the Operator is his "guardian angel".

What this theory doesn't do, however, is explain totheark or what exactly the Maskies want.

Did Alex send the tape to Jay before or after Amy see's the operator?

I dont remember and Im not at a place where I can easily check lol.

Amy seeing the Operator is what's on the tape, so it was definitely sent after. If that's what you were asking.

@Proxy: that's something from one of the newer slendervlogs, right? Guys who work for and pretend to be Slenderman or something? I only keep up with EMH and TT, so yeah Razz I doubt that Tim is a bad guy. A) He's never harmed Jay B) He has tried to harm Alex C) Alex broke Tim's leg in what was, at best, a very disproportionate act of self-defense D) Alex probably killed a guy, just for talking to him while he was having tunnel time E) Alex doesn't afraid the Operator (at least as of the current entries) F) Tim does afraid the Operator G) Alex flat out states that he is going to kill Tim (which may have resulted in him killing Bruce, out of crazed mistaken identity if that theory is true). H) Jay is the main character and has never been shown to do anything wrong under any context (unless you count breaking/entering/theft, but..) I) Other than being annoyed by his methods, Jay doesn't seem opposed to Tim, just wants to know why he does what he does. Thus, it makes sense (to me) that Jay and Tim are the good guys and are working together (albeit with very bad communication) and Alex and the Operator are the bad guys and are working together (with the possibility of Alex being evil due to craziness/possession). How that ties into Jessica though I have no clue -_-

Edit: Forgot which thread this was, sorry for going off topic.

I didnt mean to solve every mystery but my views on the maskies and tta (everything from here down is only my inferences not facts) is that they are the same thing. Tim posts clues but is deathly afraid of the operator.

He somehow found that covering his face protects him and that speaking will somehow draw the operator.

I believe he has tried to protect jay by covering him while the operator was in Bryan's house. (My reasoning for him tackling jay). I also believe he tried to do the same thing at the hotel when the operator teleported Jessica away.

In Bryan's house, Tim may have tried to give Jay a mask.

How he got there is a mystery unless we say that he somehow has learned how to teleport due to what he's gone through.

Sarah is the other maskie with the hood. Bryan and Seth are dead and Jessica is missing.

I believe tta wants to expose Alex as well as kill him.

Perhaps there is a special way Alex needs to be killed for the operator to disappear as well.

I dont know what the 'ark' is but it could be the burned building which seems to be ripe with clues that tta wants jay to find.

Thats my best shot at describing TTA and the maskies.
