Are there QR's to guide us again? Or is there something you just need to work out?

Same type of puzzle as before that unveils the QRs. You weren't actually supposed to go off the QRs the first time, but I posted it for people who want to get past anyway.

i've put in the right answer (so it seems) at least 4 times and it won't take. i've double and triple checked and the numbers work. it even corresponds with the QR piece that was posted. anyone else having this issue?

If someone could snap the solutions that'd be cool.

Now I remember why i hated this puzzle the first time.... The way the first "level" is laid out is NOT correct to it's solution. (take the 6th row down for example, it says 26 as your hint, but when the puzzle is laid over the QR code image and the proper solution given it's actually 411.) Anyone else seeing this problem? It's super frustrating to try and work through it and then find out halfway through that it's not possible to do w/out the cheat....
FossilizedSauce: the best hint I can give you is to open the link to the qr code image, and then put a piece of paper over the level and trace which blocks are "on" or "off" then lay put your paper over the zoomed in qr code and trace in your solution.

Man you are the BEST, thank you a thousand times.
EDIT - though for #3 on the horizontal line "2 2 4" you need to turn one off to match with the vertical column. Or, I did anyway.
