I just had a thought on why it might be taking a while to get to the finale. totheark's last video "Side Note" instructs the viewer to:

be silent
remainseated
iwillfindyou

Maybe Jay is heeding totheark's instructions for once? He was hesitant to post Entry #49 (noted in the MarbleHornets twitter post "Finished looking through Alex's footage in the park. I don't want to share what I've seen.") as trying to remain silent by not posting. Though he did eventually post it. Maybe we'll have to wait a bit longer to find his next finding?

I'm starting to think that the last entry this season will be TTA.

I think soon, we'll have a video of Jay saying something along the lines of "I'm going to go out and try this now" and then we'll hear nothing for however long they want to have a break.

Then after Jay's last entry we'd get a "something went wrong. stay tuned" video from TTA.

Somehow I believe this too. Totheark is def going to get back at Jay and hack the channel (for the third time) one of these days much like Entry ####### and enttry 37.

@Foood: As funny as that would be, I think IG that would be circumvented because Jay did mention he paid for his days up front... which would be a smart decision for someone in his situation, anyway.

Hmmm....I think it'll end with Alex's death, which would be a huge shock to Jay. Jay learns that Alex was nearly completely under Slenderman's influence during #52, but somehow or the other, the conditioning failed. Forgive me, haven't reviewed the series in ages, but it's safe to assume that the mask people are people severely conditioned and brainwashed to serve Slenderman somehow. Alex doesn't know why Slenderman needed Jay and the others and when they returned, his own sense of guilt and shame was intensified, nearly sending him completely over the edge. The only way he could deal with it was to move away, but after Slendy or his followers killed Jessica, he became unhinged and severely paranoid, thus explaining his actions in #49-#50.

Slendy appeared in #48 attracted to the violence and murder that Alex inflicted on the passerby. Alternatively, Slendy managed to regain some control over Alex and coxed him to murder the passerby.

Or perhaps he had to kill the passerby so Slendy would believe he still had control over him, but Alex was really trying to protect Jay. Perhaps he's a more suitable candidate then Jay, somehow?

I think that they will go back to Rosswood Park, and there will be a tent city, filled by Maskies and Hoodies.

Occupy Rosswood Park: totheark is protesting against eldritch corporations and their greed for human souls/flesh.

Mundanes are the 99%. Eldritch Abominations are the 1%.

Something big is gonna happen at Rosswood park, wether it be present-time, or in the past
this might show what happened to J and Jess
this might cause the gap between the two seasons

and something to do with TTA, to show to whom/what they are fighting for
(hopefully a de-masking of hoodie, so we can stop speculating )
