 		He's on the last tape but what about the hard drive? Did he say he finished going through that or not? I can't remember.

He hasn't specifically stated that he's almost done with the drive, but I think he's probably also near the end of those videos. From these two Twitter posts:

I think Jay is matching the footage from the hard drive with the footage from the tapes. If the tapes end at the point that the safe is loaded, then the hard drive probably won't have anything else.

It's better to think the worst and be surprised it's tonight than to believe it's tonight and not have it until next Tuesday.

 		Last tape, J's probably gonna find something bad on it, and when he's done that in the past he rarely if ever posts the footage on the same night. It'll probably be something like "Gonna post this tommorow, need time to think" or "not sure if I should post this" or "NO WORDS, NO FUCKING WORDS OBSERVERISHEREHELPME*sleeps for a week*" or something. I'd guess tommorow.
