 		Help with a cipher
Hi folks!
I know this cipher is probably pretty basic, but I need to know where I can decrypt it. Please put the answer in spoiler tags if you solve it, I'd like to figure it out for myself, but I don't know where to start. It's for an ARG created by students at USC's School of Cinematic Arts. Thanks!

you might be looking for something to do with

also, look at the arrangement of letters/characters...

 		Belated response, I know, but this is one of those puzzles where the context of its discovery informs the solution process -- as I understand it, the puzzle was found through a video (linked here http://twitter.com/#!/SCATeam6/status/129056332014813184) -- and while the riddle on the paper suggests one number as significant, information you know about the recipients themselves suggests another.

Following Crescent's suggestion, treat the grid like a crossword puzzle. Does anything jump out at you? Maybe in a significant column or row?


That should have given you one piece of information -- the question remains, is the rest there as noise, or is there something else hidden?
