Also, we don't know how far his current place IG is away from where he was IG (with his old apartment and what not).

If there is any Entry today, I'd say that he hasn't travelled very far IG because he has to film, render, publish and still have it up within tomorrow's hours. It may very well be the hotel because of the way that he seems to have stayed around Rosswood area.

In order of probability:

1. The hotel - he's probably figured out the code to Jessica's safe (last four digits of his number)
2. Alex's new house - Chekhov's Key has to be used.
3. The House - this would be BONE chilling but logistically impossible (OOG reasons).

Though, how amazing would it be if he went to 2 and ended up in 3 via more door fuckery?

I would say the house or the hotel but that seems too obvious seeing as how he said he wouldn't go back there. For all I know, maybe he's going back to his old apartment that caught on fire back in entry 25.

I'm gonna be all logical and junk here and ruin the fun, but hear me out!

He's going somewhere he thought he'd never go back to. As a number of people have already said, when he left the hotel, he made a point to say he wasn't ever going to go back there alone. (My point doesn't hinge on this, but thought I'd point that out.)

Why I think this is the most viable option is assuming what might be on this tape. Whether or not 52 is the finale or not, we're likely going to see Jessica and Jay right before or right when they are put in the hotel and their minds are wiped clean of the last seven months. Whether it's Alex who does it, or TTA, or Slendy himself, we're going to end on the hotel. I assume that's what Jay saw on this last tape, evidence of what happened to get them to the hotel.

Why not post the video already? Well, OOG, maybe it needs some present-day footage to make it work as a whole. But IG, too, maybe he saw something he needed to check out in order to piece together parts of the tape. Maybe it shows him (or someone) putting tapes into Jessica's safe and setting the password.

Either way, it makes most sense that this is where he'd go, at least, as far as that logic carries!

I could really use summore tweets (or a video) though.

I really don't think they're going to leave us hanging by just saying "i'm going somewhere I never thought i'd go back to" and just leave the series there.

If they did that, i'd hunt them. Like, i'd get out my shotgun.

I'm agreeing with the hotel as the destination.

As I read the tweet, I started thinking through locations in season one that J visited, and thought of the red tower and Brian's house. (Also the Basement of Doom, but that no longer exists (and sure, they could maybe use darker areas of that location from 51, but no))

OOG, Brian's house is now owned by other people, and I don't think they'd appreciate the MH guys coming in and filming. So that's out of the question OOG-wise (IG: there's just no reason for J to visit that house again).

The red tower: J did end up back there during the Tweetpocalypse, but I see no reason for J to even think of going back there, and certainly not regard that location with the attitude he seems to use for this location.

So season two, and I think of the hotel. Someone's already mentioned wat J said in Entry 35. There we go, I think the hotel is where J is going. Maybe because he knows the combination of the safe in Jessica's room, or maybe some completely new clue.

I have to agree that it's probably the hotel, if not, Alex's House, if not, Rosswood.

Problem is, why does Jay have to travel back to the hotel? If he needs to open Jessica's safe, then it will be empty now because the hotel staff would've cleaned it out. It's been 10 months.

Unless of course, the hotel isn't a legit hotel...
