Well, there's a Blooming Grove Academy in Illiniois, so that must be it. From what I've searched, it looks like a children school who just has been closed two months ago.

Blooming Grove?
Um...there are 2 in this area.
There is the one in Bloomington, but there is another in Normal. It's a pretty daunting building. I think it was a bording school or something once seeing as its connected to houses and a smaller vine covered elementary school. It's been locked up tight for years. Almost all the windows are broken, and the doors are bordered up and bolted shut. It's supposed to be haunted on the 3rd floor too.

Well that note did say wait for further instruction. I suppose we should keep looking but Secerus needs to make the next move.
