That is total bs. Then someone get the ADMINS to delete it for peep's sake! Or we need to all relocate to a forum that can actually let mods delete any topics they want

 		Well it does make sense, If A mod can willy nilly delete a topic, they have the potential to delete a topic without any need to. With locking, another mod can unlock it.
But If I'm not mistaken a delete means by-by for good.

It's called recruiting people who can be trusted to not abuse their power, and to use it only to delete bad topics, like this one.
