Tweet Deck is just an application that keeps track of everything going on in your Facebook and Twitter accounts by the way, in case anyone is curious about that.

Yeah, I think he realizes that by giving out an exact time, he's setting himself up for potentially terrible backlash if he doesn't make good on it.
