 		thing is, there's no reason for it to be saying seth if he isn't coming back. you're probably just hearing things that sound like seth but are in fact, something else.

I went back and listened to it several times. Out of context, it does sound like someone whispering "Seth" twice. And I did catch the distortion at 8:43. Knowing what to expect, I can definitely hear the word "Seth".

In the scene, it seems like Jay is slightly out of breath before we hear those sounds. It's possible Jay booked it down to the car and was catching his breath, since the move seemed like an important afterthought to the safe. He makes several audible breathing/sighing noises in the scene before 8:40, so the sounds at 8:40 and 8:43 could be Jay huffing and puffing. In both instances, Jay is performing actions that could cause a slight "winded" sound (closing a trunk and getting back up while holding a camera bag) if Jay had been out of breath getting down there. I feel like this seems like a good alternate reason for those sounds during those times.

However, it would definitely be interesting if Seth was being referenced due to what Jay was up to. Seth loaded Alex's tapes into the trunk of a car, which is exactly what Jay was doing in that scene. And Seth had just been mentioned in the previous Entry, so it's not like it would be a reference to something obscure (like Rocky the dog).

I re-watched the entry and listened with my very best headphones and I definitely heard someone saying "Seth" at 8:40 and 8:43. I didn't notice it the first time so that was really creepy. Good ear!

The voice (or breath, if that's what you think it is) is too feminine to be Jay.

 		Jay definatly saw tim, he appears in the "window" for about two secconds, and promptly kicks a rock(or it sounds like it) before running to hide, Jay probably foucused on the window to throw a little emphisis(sp) for anyone watching the video
TIM IS AMAZING!!!
Also in regards to the footsteps behind them, it could have easily been hoodie, doing recon for Tim(i say this because in 45, it looks like Hoodie is calling someone[possibly Tim] for whatever reason[so Tim can get ready i guess{boy i love brackets}])

 		I'm starting to think that the phantom voice at 8:40 and 8:43 in this entry is Amy and the voice at 6:30 in Entry #26 might be Brian.

Maybe this is a result of the people who have been Operated attempting to contact the living. Why would they only say "Seth" though? Seth might actually turn out to be extremely important after all.

 		Pretty sure the noise at 8:43 was just J's trunk closing. I do hear something at 8:40 though. Unlikely it's someone whispering "Seth", but not imposible.

Well, wasn't Seth the one who was filming back in (digs in brain), uh, I think it was #22? Right before he disappeared. Maybe Seth got something on tape after he disappeared that either was A)hidden by Alex or B)is in a place no one has found yet. And maybe it holds the answer to where those taken by The Operator go. And #22 was the tape Jay found at the Red Tower. Maybe there is another tape in the area that details more of what happened that night. Maybe in that hole in the ground in #21 that caused all that static in the camera when Jay zoomed in on it. /long shot theory

Really all things considered they both held up pretty well, Jessica and J both got past the near death experience and back to business by the time they got back to the parking lot. Bonus points for Jessica because she's new to the whole Alex/tapes/Tim/murder thing.

Ugh. Ok I listened, and yeah, it sounds like someone female is saying "Seth" twice. I say ugh because yeah they said that Seth was gone and not coming back.

But we do know that they have had loose ends they didn't foresee due to not having everything planned out to begin with. So what if even though Seth was not going to come back, they are having him come back to tie up a loose end.

And I could go either way on the voice saying "Seth" being IG or OOG. It could be IG, or if they are bringing him back, he could have been on set. Like maybe he was standing in the way of the door, and the person with the voice was whispering to get his attention to motion him out of the way so he wouldn't be in the shot.

I was in the camp of not holding out for Seth's return, they said he wasn't coming back and I believed it, but there's no way that's not a voice saying "Seth." As much as I frown at it.

BTW, the Masky-peek is at 3:21-3:22 for those who want to go straight there. Total ninja move here, because he had to dash in quietly (overhead footsteps on board flooring, anyone?) and go hide quick before Alex can get anywhere that he'd be spotted. Alex is at the foot of the stairs by 3:37, and at the top of them 10 seconds later. So in, say, less than 14 seconds Our Favorite Masked Man runs quietly across the second floor and hides behind that panel to the left of the staircase.
