The biggest questions for me are:
1. What is the Ark?
2. Who is TTA and how does he/they know so much?
3. Where is Jessica?
4. Where is Brian?
5. Who is Hoody?

My guesses: TTA is multiple members of the original cast, including Tim, Brian, and maybe even Seth. This is why TTA had footage of Jay getting batteries out of Alex's car in 2006.

I think Brian is in fact Hoody.

I would guess that both Seth and Sarah are dead, as it seems a return of either character to the series is doubtful.

I don't think Jessica is dead, I think killing her off after making her such a big part of the story in this season would be a waste.

I don't know guys, The entry 52 one kinda does sound like Seth. I don't think it sounds like a sound that the cover would make.
(I still believe Seth is an unimportant character, but the creepy voice is definitely creepy.) Entry 23 however, Sounds more like sdfghjk to me.

EDIT: Rewatched, Theres also a bit of visual distortion after the second 'Seth' sound is made.

Well this might be a bit far fetched but I ran across this a while ago by accident and it seems to kinda fit here.

I was looking up morphology of letters a while back and stumbled across called "Teth", while the pronunciation is different it would sound kinda similar if you "butchered" it a bit.

Well and guess what the Phoenician symbol for Teth is...

From what other people have said, I'm convinced that the sound at 8:43 is just the trunk closing... I think. There's definitely something at 8:40, though.

What is the purpose of the tunnel?
sub-questions:
-Why did Alex go there?
-Why did Masky lead Jay there?
-When Jay stopped to rest after chasing Masky, he sat down at an end of the tunnel and stared into it, not unlike what Alex did. Is this a coincidence or is there is there something more to this?
-Why did Jay's camera shut off when he was walking through the tunnel, leaving 12 minutes of empty footage at the end of the tape?

I want to know what was up with the "there's nobody else here in the hotel but us two" thing. Was it already like that when Jay and Jessica checked in, before they got their memories wiped? Did the Operator snatch every other hotel guest when he did the memory wipe? Is the entire hotel staff now mind-controlled slaves of the Operator?
