 		Tim probably doesn't care about the whole Operator thing at this point. There hasn't been a TTA response for a while.

Unless Jay just caught him "acting normal" in the public.

I dunno what I want to hope here for, that it's intentional or that it's an oversight. Both seem to carry unpleasant implications.

Suspend your disbelief. If this were actually happening, none of the videos beyond maybe the first few would have been posted. Once it became apparent that Jay was dealing with some supernatural stuff, the videos would have stopped cold.

Why? If I was being stalked by some supernatural beings, I would record it and upload the videos somewhere so there is some record of it in case something happens to me. That's one of the big reasons why Jay is uploading them.

The sigma is from the shirt that Tim wears in Entry #9. I suppose it was his way of "signing" the Program video.

I don't think Alex was killed, but perhaps he was wounded by that gunshot. That's why we haven't seen or heard from him in such a long time, due to this serious wound.

To add to this, maybe that's why Tim appears to be acting normal now. He thought Alex was killed by the gun shot but was only seriously wounded.

i said some thing along the lines of
"I think alex was hurt and left for dead, just like Alex did to Tim. And alex has slendy help to recover"

I AM suspending my disbelief. I act as if the Operator was real, among other things.

But there's suspension of disbelief, and there's accepting the stupid. The medium of Youtube is tied into the story (entries appearing without J posting them, TTA replies). Jay knows TTA is watching his videos, and he knows TTA is linked to Tim somehow. Doing this is as if, after he moved at the end of Season 1, he'd just post his new adress and add: "Whoever TTA is, I don't want him to know where I am now. He must never suspect it's the Rue Avanue, 24..."

There's a way to resolve this while keeping things less stupid, too. Have the entry end shortly after the Operator attack. Have J vaguely say there's something he needs to look into. Then make him tack the ending of #52 to the # that deals with the results of his investigation into Tim. Not too hard, is it?

Sometimes suspension of disbelief is difficult to achieve and thus a bit much to ask for.

There's a good reason for Jay to post what his next move is. Jay just found out Tim was capable of putting a stop to a gun-wielding Alex, and is now planning on following Tim around. If something happened to Jay at this point (where he would no longer be able to post), Tim would be the first suspect the police would start questioning. If Tim was reviewing the channel, and Jay posted that he's got some unfinished business, Tim would probably figure it out anyway (since it will be taking place right next to the hotel in this entry). I think making his investigation public is a matter of protection.

I can't prove that sane Tim doesn't know about the MH channel, but it seems like he doesn't. If he did, "Interview with Tim" would have gone way differently. And if just hearing about MH was enough to switch him into Masky mode, then seeing Tim without his mask is proof that he is no longer immersed in MH culture.

I see where you're coming from, but if it were me I probably would just ditch trying hold onto a camera with one hand all of the time just to record the crap that happens to me. I would be purely focused on my own survival.

Still, though, I definitely do think his video uploading *is* a believable thing to do.
