If it's what I think it is... Technically, it's not eligible as it was never shown in a theater.
Though its right up there with The Ro Man and The Giant Claw on the, "They just didn't care" scale.
Or, are we being Rickrolled in a roundabout way?
Edit: In their defense, these guys didn't need a lot of light to see.

The Eye Creatures
or
Attack of the The Eye Creatures. (That's not a typo).
