 		I'll get straight to the point: Invincibility, omnipresence, not knowing who (or what) he is, not knowing what he wants, and not knowing exactly what he does to people (potentially me) when he gets you.

 		For me, it's always been that the Operator fits squarely into Uncanny Valley territory - that he's just almost human-looking, but not quite. His arms are just a little too long, body just a little too thin.

Also, you know. No face.

Another part of it is that he's not in the habit of making sounds. Apart from the mimickry (which isn't 100% confirmed), he's entirely silent. Silence in general freaks me out, because it means that you are either completely alone, or you aren't and don't know it.

 		Being honest Jessica only screamed because Slenderman use no lubrication on her back door there. I think everyones got a crush on Tim hiding behind the mask except Alex who got jealous of video.

Now, back on topic, another thing that scares me in a very subconcious way is the way Oppy is dressed: he looks nothing like a regular monster-inside-the-closet, he has a damn businessuit, and would even look really human if it weren't because of the tallness and faceless thing. Oh, and the teleportation thing too, yeah.
