 		YAMA. Hmmm. I remember reading about that awhile back, but I'd forgotten about it. Thanks for the reminder of the link between the two videos!

I know absolutely zilch about binary clocks or ciphers like the one used, so forgive me if I sound ignorant in asking - But do the letters "Y" "A" "M" "A" necessarily have to be in that order? I don't want to read too deeply into this, but there is always the possibility that that could have been an anagram as well (however slight).

I've always thought the "You Are My Ark" theory is terrible and sounds like something out of a bad fanfiction.

i still think it was a mess up and it was supposed to transleat to YANA(You Are Not Alone) and Troy didn't catch it till it was too late
(also, i think i busted a kidney laughing at the bold XDDD)

 		I personally think that the baby in 'Indicator' is meant to represent both J and J's incompetence because, hey, babies aren't exactly the smartest. The operator button in the babies eye could Possibly represent the fact that slenderman could be inside J, meaning that the Operator was made by humans, or to be more specific, the human mind. This could mean that the Operator is simply the product of our negative emotions given human-like form. I could also support this from 'Extraction'. At the end when it says "How Much Do You Hate? It Is Not Enough" could mean that hate (A rather negative emotion to begin with) 'Feeds' him, to some extent. What do you guys think?

 		In Indicator, I find it strange that the Operator symbol is only in one of the baby's eyes.
This could hold no symbolism, but in Classified, Hoody's eyes are resembled with two differently colored circles.
This could mean a number of things, and although I don't really have any proof, I think it could mean that The Operator uses the eyes and ears of his victims to compensate for his lack thereof.
The 'twins' mentioned in Classified could refer to Masky and Hoody (again, nobody is entirely sure) who have been mind-raped by the Operator.

Edited for clarity after leaving out major details that my tired mind forgot to add.

There's a possibility, but I think if they went to so much trouble to code it in one form, they probably wouldn't code it yet again, especially in such an inexact way. I still don't know what YAMA would mean, though. There's a chance it could mean "you are my ark", but I haven't looked into that theory enough to advocate or deny it.

Which hotel video?

There's the videos of Jay when he first wakes up in the hotel with no memory, as well as the tapes and the hard drive he finds in the safe...There's also the videos from season 1, when he was moving from hotel to hotel after he finally got spooked.

Are any of those what you were referring to?
