I see two clear points of action to advance things:
1. helping MDT get the pictures for Det. Adams
2. Getting DNC 100 followers

I've considered that just by virtue of spammers, DNC will inevitably get 100 followers. But that's pretty slow so we need to actively work to get him followers to see his next reveal.

Near as I can tell, the character in question is Japanese Kanji, and is the first character in the word for "jealousy", according to Wiktionary, which also indicates it has correlates in many East Asian languages.
