Three days is too long! I finally get a smalltime slenderblog I like and I have to wait! Not that I'm angry (Like I said, they really rock) but I'm waiting for them to fill my MarbleHornets void as of the end of S2.
Do you think they'll get abducted by the gas mask guy? Do you think it's tied to other fear mythos stuff (the archangel?)? How is the colony tied to this (especially since we've actually seen a connection now "The Colony... IS CALLING" anyone?)?
THIS IS JUST SO INTRIGUING!!!

New video up.
I have to say, aside from the acting, this was a very well done video.

OH CRAP!
This is some heavy shit. The colony=People with the gas masks? Does anyone remember whether it was the "lead gas mask" with the pale mask or one of the toadies that was in their house that one time? What are those artifacts? The Mask, the Axe, and the journal(?) ??? Are they related to the lost colony (probably not the gas mask directly, but I want to see where they're going)?
Is the axe symbolic or literal? Slenderman is often tied to trees and in the hack message there was the line about "All trees must fall some day" with the chopped logs. Is the axe a weapon against slenderman? Would it be used literally (probably not, as the gas mask folks had it nearby in an attack and didn't try to use it, but still...), or on like, some kind of tree that slenderman "owned" or something?
And did it seem to anyone else that there were multiple slendermen? And is the teleportation random? Or was there a purpose to sending them to the bus station? Did (the?) Slenderman (men?) teleport them, or was it the guys in gas masks? The audio distortion sounded like it had words in it, could one of our more skilled people try and clean it up? It could be the voice of Slenderman!
P.S. Did anyone else like their "tall b@st@rd" nickname for Slendy? When they called him that I just thought of Austin Powers and pictured slendy talking with an awful thick scottish accent. Anyway....
OOG:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The effects are truly spectacular for high school students! And I like how effectively they use their camerawork for teleportation. Their acting could use some work in places, but they are really solid. I really love this series!!!

Best entry yet in this vlog. To combat acting they might want talk less though. I think there biggest strength so far is there scare tactics. The plot is somewhat interesting to what with the whole Clonists going missing all those years ago cause ofslendy

I really wish the acting was better, I don't think I can ever take this series seriously with it. Just a tip guys, you don't want to say the obvious, it kills the mood. Also, I lol'd when the friend said "we're here for the meeting" cheerfully. Also, 1:32, watch carefully. You can see the step stool.

Ive decoded one of the notes from the box. It was Base64 encyrption. Decoded it says:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Every man stands at a dangerous crossroads
On a knifes edge at the periphery of vision
Fleeting shadows pass over the man who chooses to close his eyes
To those who open their eyes
And stare into the faceless abyss
Will shortly find that the abyss stares back
Blessed are the blind deaf and dumb
Because they do not see
The predators that lurk at the edge of sight
Do not seek that which you have witnessed
Lest a mouse play hide and seek with a cat
Not sure what it means yet. I Tweeted the boys last night to let them know. No response yet...
Edit: They have responded and I have sent them the decoded message.
