[PUZZLE - SOLVED] Toxic Waste

New command unlocked this morning, toxicwaste, takes us to this page:

Quote:

Part animation.

Division duration.

Section soul.

Fractional vitality.

Who the hell cares, it's all going to decay anyway.

It would seem to make a lot of sense for this to lead us to the key for #3232 BioHazard.

There's a background image that isn't showing on the page, so either it's a broken link or it is a clue. The image isn't there but I think its name is "bhbg.jpg"...

EDIT: Now that I think of it, the letters in the image must mean Bio Hazard Back Ground. So maybe there's some info in the image...

No hidden text in the plain text.

I'm betting on stegged, probably a keyword gained by solving the riddle the OP posted.

Also, notice the brick wall in the background.

The background is fixed on the PG site. And its not only bigger, but it also looks a bit corrupted (subtley)

I'm a little confused as to how you found the original on IC's site treebiter...

And it IS corrupted...

I guessed and typed in the url manually. I got my inspiration to do this from the Order of the Judges background2 thing.

Possible answer

Could Half-Life be the answer to this puzzle?
The first word of everyline seems to be a refernce(synonym) for Half, the second seems to be a reference to life. Half-life is a measure of the rate of nuclear decay.

Half life

Halflife is the answer, it leads to :

Which is being discussed in this thread:

Rose found it in a search but this was obviously the puzzle leading to it, nice work.
