There's a background image that isn't showing on the page, so either it's a broken link or it is a clue. The image isn't there but I think its name is "bhbg.jpg"...

EDIT: Now that I think of it, the letters in the image must mean Bio Hazard Back Ground. So maybe there's some info in the image...

I'm betting on stegged, probably a keyword gained by solving the riddle the OP posted.

Also, notice the brick wall in the background.

The background is fixed on the PG site. And its not only bigger, but it also looks a bit corrupted (subtley)

I'm a little confused as to how you found the original on IC's site treebiter...
