Not to state the obvious, but the 2 girls in the video are sisters, right?

I was wondering what the special connection was, since he said he was waiting for a specific call in the "keep sakes �" video. ("and while I have enjoyed / your calls the past couple of days / the call I have been waiting for finally / came")

Seems like he became interested in Katherine after "black friday �" with Jess.

Seems too that using one victim to determine the next is a new step for dnc, not to mention any significance to going after sisters.
