Anyone else when they first see that above pic think Evan's just taking a piss off to the side.

There have been quite a few moments where Evan seems to zone out and in to his own world, especially in earlier vids. A Day in the Life is just the only vid that makes a point for it to last longer than two seconds and not near the end of the clip. (Meaning other characters comment on it and I believe it happens more than once that day. At least whoever is manning the camera at that time made a point to stop and snap Evan out of it.)

Following that logic, as others have theorized, Evan could've been hearing things long before any real creepy things occured. From day 1 you could say. This most recent run in with Nick may just be the first time he either remembers it or has brought it up. While I personally believe Evan just didn't remember, I can see why he hasn't mentioned it before if he did. How do you say "someone is in my head and it isn't me" and not get locked up? Actually, with Jeff around, there's more chance you'll be kept away from doctors at all costs.

I always took that moment in A Day in The Life as Evan spotting something in the distance that nobody bothered to notice because they were doing their own thing, similar to the Noah video whilst in the car when the camera man focuses on someone at the station but says nothing. I prefer this theory you guys got going instead, though.

Just throwing it out there, migt be thinking about it too much, but anyone notice how Evan keeps referring to Vince as "brother"? For some reason that strikes an odd resemblance to the Corenthal papers where he refers to all 3 of the "boys" as practically brothers. Maybe evan has some recollection of that period of his life, or maybe sub-consciously calls him brother, or maybe I'm just playing the word out for more then what the context uses it as.
