I'm sorry, but he makes too much sense now; and he just seems like another opinion waltzing around with a dick as a nose.

Also, I thought it was well edited and had an awesome end jump that gave me the jibblies. So what if you think acting is sub par, it doesn't take away from the story or plot. And, if somehow you happen to think that the acting does take away from the story/plot, you're viewing the vlog wrong.

They're interrogating the vlog from the wrong perspective.

Please tell me someone else reads Fandom Wank and knows what I mean by that.

*raises hand*
Although I think it might have been TV Tropes where I first came across that particular reference.

It bugs me when suddenly everyone in here is Roger Ebert discussing zero-budget productions like they're Hollywood blockbusters. These are college kids with Handycams and Flips producing independent projects with no film school, and little acting experience at the best of times.

If there were, say, two or three such projects in the Slenderful vein out there you might have a point.

That really isn't the case though; there's heaps, heaps, heaps of vlogs and blogs out there, far more than it's reasonable to expect most people to follow. This being the case, criticism is decidedly important and valid: to stand out from the crowd and convince people to add yet another vlog to their subscriptions, series need to be willing to go the extra mile. And seriously, when you've seen as many vlog entries as we have, you're going to realise that you like some better than others. If you're not cool with people discussing that then maybe the whole slender vlog discussion forum idea might not work out brilliantly for you because shutting down an entire avenue of discussion just ain't going to fly.

Besides, every slendyvlogger should be open to well-intentioned criticism. I am surprised to see Adam agreeing with you since his vlog seemed to improve markedly based on criticism here.

Think of it this way: anyone who is interested in any creative endeavour isn't going to be satisfied with half-assing it. They will (or at least should) want to excel, just as we should want to excel at any activity which takes up that much of our leisure time. Criticism is a great aid for creators to improve.

But even then, criticism isn't excluslively for creators; it's also part of the conversation viewers have with other viewers and would be legitimate for that reason alone.

Personal got bit carried away think Nimbus post had be like bit strange dealing the critism. One could say update is better no update.
There plus do we see MLA trashing like Tribetwelve not yet personal.

Beside lets be honest EMH and MH couldfilm 15 minutes of the feet and sky there readers have no critism have to research so tropes for video.

yep.avi. At least one unique thing in each series is definitely enough to separate them from the rest.

The entry was great. other than Stormy's acting... just my humble opinion. I really like this series other than that, considering everything was awesome up until they decided to include her lol.

I know they read this, so, Stormy, just ignore us and keep trying harder. We're just a bunch of old ladies with too many cats Wink Eventually we'll come to love you, or something.

Someone has to take Shaun to task about his behaviour towards his brother and let's face it, he does seem to be rather a douchebag.

Maybe my own experiences are creeping through here, but I don't really view Shaun as a douchebag. No doubt, he's made some big mistakes with Michael/Patrick. But he's young, and he's in a difficult situation with no outside support. His brother has a history of hurting, manipulating, and using people. Shaun's had it drilled into him that his brother is capable of drawing people into his own "delusions." We know that his "delusions" are real, but Shaun's had to discover that along the way. Take the paranormal Slendy stuff out of the equation (Shaun was in deep denial for awhile there), and you're left with a person who's mentally ill, but refusing the treatment he needs to be healthy. Let's not forget that Patrick drugged him, held him hostage, attacked several people, and has been physically and emotionally menacing throughout. Michael may plead for help, but he's not willing to do what he needs to--give up Patrick--in order to get it. It's almost like having a loved one in an abusive relationship. How much can you do for someone who won't choose to be healthy himself? And if they won't let you do anything, how long can you just watch the destruction?

In other news... I can't remember the significance of Jersey in this story. A little help?

I did really like this entry :3 I don't have anything against acting because, honestly, it's free entertainment and blah blah blah (because I'm sure you guys don't wanna hear another rant)

Ok, just a quick tid bit:

Criticism is different than critiquing. In stead of saying "Oh her acting sucks /hate" say something like "Oh, I didn't like her acting. If she *insert ways to help* then her acting can turn out better." or whatever. Just don't instantly bash something, suggest how to make it better :3 *shrugs*

I think Shaun's reactions are, knowing what we know now, fairly realistic and down to earth, if occasionally boneheaded. At the outset of the series we heavily sympathized with Michael and had very little of Shaun's perspective, or any reason to doubt Michael's sincerity; now we have Stormy's story and everything that's come out since Shaun's "disappearance," which Michael swore up and down he had nothing to do with. Shaun's just a confused kid out of his depth.

You don't know how much it means to me that the Slender Man actually did something scary and violent on-camera. I feel like this is a huge step forward. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the Slender Man pimpslap Shaun across the room and it was very well executed. Slender Man b/vloggers, watch MLAndersen0 and take notes.

Slender Man for president

Check people have summed this up by saying nice video horrible acting in for video. Could this be some trope where all vlogs have one bad female lines acting however she not bad if this got in one take for video.
