My Book Arrived

 		My Book Arrived
I just got my book. It consists of a Forward and 5 Chapters.

Chapter 1- Mental Illness in the 1930's
Chapter 2- Cambridge Mental Hospital
Chapter 3- Ann Starling
Chapter 4- Communicating Wth the Dead?
Chapter 5- The Poems and Artwork

Some of the poems are accompanied with pictures of the actual text that Ann wrote. I will try and post some pics later, but I need to get batteries for my camera.

Here is an example of a couple of the poem, but there appears to be more than just these two.

Title "our nightly excursions"

Quote:

The face from my Past
speaks to me eVery Day
Word afTer word
iT tells me What to do
savIor or devIl
which Are You
onE or Zero
but neVer two


Title " feeling open utter remorse"

Quote:

to fiX myself i scRatch my skin
i teaR and ShEd my Blood runs
thIn
within Me now a Demon lies
i see the world through JadEd
eyes
My Fate it SeEms is endless pain
their vOices speak inside my brain



I didn't put the word "i" or the title in caps because I wanted all but the bolded and capped letters to show. The font looks like all capped letters, but the caps appear larger and bolded.

and other one spells "four"

heh, i couldn't find any puzzle thread for these, but we have a solution now, thanks to some teamwork in chat.

It starts with an update to

The elemental clue leads to the four basic elements:
AIR = it circles, moves above another
EARTH = my home, that which i call my mother
FIRE = a light, at last to set me free
WATER = her soft embrace, engulfing me


With that, apply to the uppercase letters in the 4 poems.
