If Steph being pregnant is HABIT's doing, I can see them doing something where the guys, or at least Evan if he remains the only one who knows, pestering her to get an abortion knowing full well of it being HABIT's doing.

But her taking a position you see a woman be in every so often, where no matter what, she refuses to abort the baby. Thus creating tension between her and Evan.

Eventually word gets out to the rest of the guys, and well, let's just say it doesn't do much other than splitting all of them apart even more than they may be now considering all the current stress everyone is going through.
