QR Seal I found the QR page with the special barcodes. Do you need a phone with the barcode reader app to solve this?

Nope, you can also use this (drag 'n drop works): http://zxing.org/w/decode.jspx

What am I missing here? I plugged the matrix barcodes in and got what look like hex strings, and addresses with gibberish at the end that don't look like anything. I know I'm looking at it wrong - because I got nothing. Feels like a riddle puzzle.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The words I have are:
QUEUE
UNCLE SAM
EYE
PIRATE
POUR
SOLDIER
I assume the answer involves the first letter of each picture but "QUEPPS" is wrong. Appreciate any nods to the right direction.[spoiler]

You don't quite have the idea yet.
Okay, why do you have 'L' for the people?

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
1. This is a term used more commonly in Britain for lining up. Also a computer science data structure also known as FIFO.
2. You have this correct, but for the wrong reason. See this: http://www.loc.gov/exhibits/treasures/images/tlc0090.jpg .
3. Correct. But why? Each answer should be a word that sounds like a letter when spoken aloud.
4. What does a pirate say?
5. What's the name of the cereal?
6. Imagine the person shouting out a word. What word might it be?
