 noob time
gots some quest.

Ok, the only ARG I've been a part of was Majestic, I unfortunately signed up at the end of July, only a couple of months before 9/11, and EA ended it there.

I was really starting to get into it, but like I mentioned, it's gone now. Since then I've buried my head into my Xbox 360, PS 2, PS 3, PSP, MacBook, Wii, iPhone and iPad, trying to play games as much as I can, and as many different genres. Being that I'm from the old school Activision world, these new games really rock, or suck depending on the game, but when I was playing Majestic, it made feel like I was accomplishing more than just points kill shots and red orbs. I need something new, something scary, I've finished every Silent Hill, Resident Evil, Bioshock, Dead Space, nothing seems to give me that creepy dread feeling that Majestic had, not that any of the games didn't freak me out, but after playing it once and finishing it, its like another ride though the fun house and you know exactly when the next ghost will fly over, or the next skeleton pop up and scream boo.

I have a pretty boring life, with a lot of time on my hands, did I mention I completed Dead Island in 4 days? I want to play a game that will take weeks, months whatever.

So back to what I was going to ask, now that ive found a place to help, what games are out there? How do I join in? I just need something more than what I can only do now is be the puppet making the avatar shoot and run and collect things. I needs to be more real I guess.

Anyway, my gamertag is wiredpup, and now I'm here. Any help please? Thx!

Well, My Dad's Tapes is a good one! Nice and creepy, a bit of a work to read through but very worth it. Very Happy

Others I can reccomend, that are pretty supernatural but vary on the actual scary-ness and how far in the game it is:
The Tulpa Effect
Marble Hornets
Everyman Hybrid
[all three are Slender Man-related, but still really good on their own]
The Tale of Fray
Enter The Quest [Just started, not sure how good it is yet. XD]
LIS_DEAD
The Broken Tape
Louis Walks

Those are all the various ones I'm lurking on. There's also one of my absolute favorites that ended a while ago, but I've heard hints that they'll be a sequel- CRUX_Crucible

Hey! You're from Dallas. Nice.
